Self-care is also tethered to fostering community. When we do good for others, it heals a portion of ourselves as well. We are always looking for ways to give back to the community, so for every bar of artisan soap sold, we will donate a bar to a local homeless shelter. Your self-care matters and can help others find the support they need as well.
