Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx within the U.S. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Local Pickup: Available within 15-mile radius from Ocala, Florida.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen events. However, we’ll always do our best to help you locate lost or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Info
Please double-check your address at checkout. We will not reship items sent to incorrect addresses.

At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
