Tallow seals in moisture - it does not create moisture.  We recommend using immediately after bathing to lock in moisture.  Tallow is best for dry skin areas such as knees, elbows and feet and also for making tattoos "pop".  Not recommended for sensitive, oily or acne-prone skin.
